How every iSwim session is structured.
This is the same for every program, at both locations. Lessons run Monday through Thursday, 30 minutes a day, at the same time each day, for two consecutive weeks. You register for a session, not for individual days.
Lessons at Murray Park.
Inside the Gibson Bethel Community Center. For directions, use 5800 SW 66th Street, South Miami, which brings you in on the parking lot side. Resident and non-resident rates differ. All rates below are per two-week session.
Private Lessons
- 4 consecutive days, Monday through Thursday, for 2 consecutive weeks
- 30 minutes per day, at the same time each day
- One swimmer with one instructor
Group Lessons
- 4 days, Monday through Thursday, for 2 consecutive weeks
- 30 minutes per day, at the same time each day
- 4 to 6 swimmers with one instructor
- Minimum age 4. Your swimmer must be able to sit at the side of the pool and follow instructions
Ages 6 to 10: 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM, plus 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM in summer.
Parent & Tot
- 4 days, Monday through Thursday, for 2 consecutive weeks
- 30 minutes per day, at the same time each day
- A parent or caregiver enters the pool with the swimmer
18 months to 3 years: 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 5:30 PM.
Session dates.
Every session runs Monday through Thursday. Home lessons run every session, mornings and afternoons, all year. Murray Park is closed for fall and winter and reopens March 22. Splash sessions are one-week intensives priced at 50% of the listed afternoon rate.

Private Home Lessons

- One swimmer with one instructor
- Once your time is assigned, full payment and a signed waiver are due. The waiver comes to your phone to sign. Your spot is not finalized until both are in
Condos & Apartments
- If you live in a condo or apartment, contact the office before registering
- Shared and community pools have their own access rules, so we confirm whether we’re able to assign an instructor at your location

How to pay for lessons.
Full payment and your signed waiver are due once we assign your lesson time. Put your swimmer’s full name in the memo. Your spot is finalized once both are in.
Rescheduling, weather, and what to expect.
Rescheduling
Lessons must be postponed at least 72 hours before the day the session begins.
To apply your payment toward a new session, postponed lessons must be rescheduled within 30 days. After that, a $50 rebooking fee applies.
Weather
Weather is monitored by your coach, and the decision to cancel is the coach’s call. We do our best to notify you 30 minutes before your lesson.
Lightning and storms sometimes move in too quickly for us to reach everyone in time. Please don’t call or text the office unless it’s within 30 minutes of your lesson and you haven’t heard from your coach or the office.
Condos & Apartments
If you live in a condo or apartment building, contact the office before you register. We need to confirm whether we’re able to assign an instructor at your location before your lesson is scheduled.
Waivers
A signed waiver is required for every swimmer, at both locations. Once your lesson time is assigned, the waiver comes to your phone by email. Sign it there. It takes about a minute.
Your spot is finalized once the signed waiver and payment are both in.
Lesson Times
You tell us your preferred time window when you register. We build the schedule around every swimmer and email you your exact lesson time, along with payment details and the waiver.
Murray Park Facility
Murray Park is an outdoor facility. There is no indoor pool. Park in the community center parking lot and walk across the field to the pool office.
